Our mobility training focuses on improving the flexibility and range of motion of joints, muscles, and tendons.
To achieve this, we combine elements of dynamic stretching, stability exercises, and controlled movement patterns to enhance the functionality and health of the musculoskeletal system.
The emphasis is not only on flexibility but also on active control over movement patterns during skating and injury prevention.
