You can cancel your order or purchase contract with us within thirty days of receiving the goods.
You can even return all items ordered between November 1 and December 24 by January 14 of the following year. So you don't have to worry if the Christmas gifts you order fit or not. You can also order them early and so without the stress that comes during the end of Christmas time.
You can inform us of your cancellation either by email, WhatsApp or phone. Alternatively, you can return us the desired items or the whole order without saying a word within the above-mentioned period.
Please only check and test the ordered goods within your home.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss was caused by your use of the goods in a way other than what was necessary to test their quality, properties and functioning.

Important terms
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his or her commercial nor his or her independent professional activity.
right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your contract with us within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after thirty days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
In the run-up to Christmas and during the Christmas period, we offer you a separate and extended right of withdrawal. The extended right of withdrawal applies to purchases, orders and contracts that you concluded between November 1st and December 24th. You have the right to withdraw this contract until January 14th of the following year. Here is a small example: If you conclude a purchase contract with us on November 1st, you have the right to withdraw it until January 14th of the following year. In addition to the extended withdrawal period, all of our usual withdrawal provisions apply.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. If you cancel your contract in full , we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within seven days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract or at the latest when we have received the faultless return of the ordered goods.
If you partially cancel your contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within seven days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract or at the latest when we have received the faultless return of the ordered goods.
For the resulting refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than seven days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods or hand them over to your chosen shipping service provider before the expiry of the seven-day period.
In the case of a complete cancellation, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods . You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
We will cover the return costs under the following conditions:
- If it is an order or return within Germany and the purchase value of the order amounts to a goods value of at least 100 euros.
- If it is an exchange within Germany and the purchase value of the order amounts to a goods value of at least 100 euros (e.g. if we have to exchange inline skates for a different size).
If we cover the return costs, we will send you a return slip or QR code for a free return, e.g. via email (you do not need a printer for this).
In order to keep the return rate as low as possible, you can contact us at any time before placing an order and ask for further details.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, these have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
