You have placed an order with us, but the product doesn't fit or you don't like it? No problem!
With us you can return your order or individual items within thirty days after receipt and return.
You can even return all items ordered between November 1st and December 24th by January 14th of the following year. This means you don't have to worry about Christmas presents you ordered not fitting and you can order them early and without any associated Christmas stress.
You can inform us at any time by email, WhatsApp message or phone call about a desired return/exchange. You can also send it back to us without saying a word. As soon as we have received your information, we will immediately initiate everything else as described below.

Important instructions
You can inform us at any time by email, WhatsApp message or phone call about a desired return or send it back to us without saying a word.
We ask that you only test the products you order within your living space / home to the usual extent and not outside the home, otherwise the goods will be considered used and cannot be returned, or we will have to charge you for the resulting loss in value.
Please do not clean the goods under any circumstances to avoid discoloration or wear. If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Be sure to use protective packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. For example, simply use the packaging in which we sent you the product.

In any case, we recommend that you to choose an insured shipping method, which tracking of the package. Alternatively, you can also obtain a DHL return label / QR code from us (only within Germany).
Return / Cancellation
Would you like to cancel your entire order or return part of your order and not exchange anything?
If you cancel your entire order and want to return all items, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs. However, you will receive a refund for the shipping costs you paid when you placed your order.
So we split the shipping costs. You paid the return shipping costs and we paid the original shipping costs.
If you only want to return part of your order, but keep items with a gross value of 100 euros, we will cover the return shipping costs (only within Germany).
Even in cases where you have to bear the return costs, we can provide you with a return label or QR code for returning the item with DHL (within Germany).
Would you like to return an order or individual items from an order to us from outside Germany? In this case, you will have to bear the costs of the return shipment. However, we will refund the shipping costs you paid when placing the order.
Exchange
For orders and purchases worth 100 euros or more gross, we will cover the costs of the exchange (only within Germany). You will receive a DHL return label/QR code from us.
Otherwise, we will share the costs. You will pay the return shipping costs and we will pay the cost of re-shipping the item to you.
Even in cases where you have to bear the return costs, we can provide you with a return label or QR code for returning the item with DHL (within Germany).
Receiving the wrong goods
We attach the highest importance to all of our work and customer service and therefore also to the handling of our products and operational processes.
Should it happen that you receive the wrong item from us, we will of course cover the cost of returning the item, as well as all other costs associated with the incorrect delivery.
Please send the incorrectly delivered item back to us. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
For this purpose, we will send you a free DHL return label / QR code (only within Germany). Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return slip for returns from abroad. In this case, please send us a receipt for the return costs, which we will then reimburse you immediately.
Defective product
We generally do not produce the items we sell ourselves. Please understand that we cannot check each individual item for possible defects.
If you receive a faulty or incomplete item from us, please contact us. So that we can help you immediately and arrange for the repair/re-delivery without delay, we ask you to send us photos, videos and a brief description of the defect.
This is best done via email or WhatsApp .
Refund
If you receive a refund from us, e.g. due to a return or repair, we will transfer this amount to you via the payment method used for the order.
If this is not possible, please inform us of the details of the desired repayment account.
DHL QR code / return label
If you are entitled to a free return, you will receive a DHL return label / QR code from us (only within Germany).
If you are entitled to a free return outside of Germany, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a return label. In this case, please send us a receipt for the return costs, which we will then refund to you immediately.
Even in cases where you have to bear the return costs, we can provide you with a return label or QR code for the return with DHL (within Germany). However, we have to charge an amount of 8 euros for this, which we will offset against the refund for your return. Why?
In some cases, it is cheaper for you if you arrange the return yourself and do not use our return slip or QR code.
We stand for transparency
Why do we have to charge you 8 euros for a return where we cannot cover the return shipping costs? Our return costs are based on our B2B contract with DHL. This states that the return costs correspond to the average shipping costs per package from the previous year.
For this reason, a return always costs us a rounded amount of 8 euros, regardless of the volume or weight of the package. So it doesn't matter whether it's a single screw or a 30kg package with several skates.
Example:
An exchange within Germany, where we cover the return shipping costs, costs us on average 16 euros (return shipping + re-shipping) plus packaging and expense costs, such as personnel costs for restoration, cleaning and re-shipping.
