payment method you trust
So that you can pay using the provider or method you trust, we offer you a variety of different payment methods.
Important for you
The prices stated in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT.
Only in the case of cross-border delivery may you be required to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) in individual cases, but not to the seller (us), but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there.
We are based in Germany and also ship from Germany. If you come from a non-EU country such as Switzerland, for example, it is best to check with your local customs authorities before ordering to see if additional import taxes and/or customs fees apply.
The delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be found on the “ Shipping costs and delivery conditions ” page. They will be shown separately during the ordering process.

payment terms
As a customer, you can choose from the payment methods provided by us during and before completing the order process.
If we have enabled you to pay by invoice, payment must be made within 15 days of receipt of the goods and the invoice. For all other payment methods, payment must be made in advance and without deduction.
If third parties are commissioned to process payments, such as PayPal or Klarna, their general terms and conditions apply.
If the payment is due on a calendar date, you will be in default simply by missing the due date. In this case, we are entitled to charge you statutory default interest.
The obligation to pay default interest does not exclude the assertion of further damages caused by default.
If you are unable to pay your invoice on the due date, please contact us in advance so that we can work together to find a solution.
You have the right to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established or recognized by us as the seller. You can only exercise your right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
